Im not a real estate professional. I dont have the first clue on how to advertise, show, negotiate and close a house. Most people arent professionoals in real estate. Why someone would chance the thousands of dollars in either profit or loss on the very slim chance that they can choose a sub-standard agent to negotiate their home for them, makes absolute no sense to me. I chose Chris Moore because where I lack in Real Estate knowledge, I excel in guaging a persons integrity and ability very quickly. From the start, Chris came to my house and gave me absolutely no fluff. He never promised unattainable results. Through every step of the process, Chris and his group, informed me of what was to be expected during each stage of the home selling process. I simply cannot convey the comfort I had in knowing that my house was being shown by a professional. A professional with ethics, integrity, respect and dedication. The process is stressful, but my stress was able to be focused on the move to my new home and not stress in selling of my current home.To summarize, if youre looking to save money when buying/selling a home, you will absolutely NOT do it by choosing the wrong agent. A price cant be placed on an agents experience, knowledge, connections and supporting infrastructure.
