The truth is these 2 gentlemen Anthony and Jim might don't tell you what you like to hear but they tell you what you need to hear, in order to sell your house. And it's not the typical argument that your house is priced to high, it is all about realistic and honest advise based of years of experience and the desire to sell your home quick. We swapped over to them after listening for an unnecessary long time to another "expert" until it dawned on us that a change was needed. And what kind of change we experienced, straightforward, professional, with a clear road map and plan along with great contacts to affordable contractors to get things finished where it really matters. Indeed, they were off by one month predicting the home sell but what is one month compared to sitting on your home for 6 months while rarely getting any showings, left alone an offer. Really EVERYTHING changed when we worked with Anthony and Jim. In a nut shell: if you like to sell your home quick, you need to strongly consider these two gentlemen. For us, with a unique home, it was a blessing we got to know and work with them.Well done guys!!!
