Would be remiss if a realtor friend told me once, aEURoeYou have to have broad shoulders to be a Realtor.aEUR? Mr. Healy was referred to me and wanted over 4% when I found the buyer. I owned 11 homes with my spouse and four on my own. Ive never had someone say aEURoetake careaEUR? when I asked him a simple Zillow question and wanted him to confirm a sale. I have zero respect for someone who shared his aEURoepersonalaEUR? stories about an accident in Mexico, a GFM with thousands and pretended to act like he was a aEURoementor, coach and advisor for his client.aEUR? Ive never had a realtor be so immature and unprofessional and bitter because he wanted to give my home away. He doesnt have children and owns lots of investment properties. Realtors wonder why they get compared to selling cars. You have to have broad shoulders to be a realtor. Hope yours grow in time. I only wish since I found the buyer I would have handled all on my own. Dont share your personal stories if you keep your aEURoepersonal and professional sideaEUR? separate.
