Vanessa is absolutely wonderful! I'm disabled & live a little ways always so she helped me out by doing video walkthroughs of the houses. She's also been so patient with all of my questions that I've asked. When we found the right house she stayed up until 10pm helping me with the contract & answering a bunch of questions. Vanessa is the type of agent that you always wish for, the one that is all about customer service. Anything I haven't understood she's always had the answer or found it for me, she's never left me with unanswered questions. She always goes the extra mile. I don't know how she had time for anything because she lets me call her throughout the weekend if I come up with a question, that's how great she is. I really can't say enough good things about her, including she made sure that there was a home warranty included in the contact that I never thought about, that was her looking out for me. She's definitely the best!
