As first time home buyers, we were a little nervous about entering such competitive market. Once we met Jack, we knew we were in great hands. My boyfriend and I were looking for a home that we could make our own and put a little extra work into. Jack always kept us in the loop, sending us emails with new houses that hit the market within our price point. We ended up seeing three houses, the third house was a perfect fixer upper and the location couldnt have worked out better for both of our work commutes and staying close to both of our families. Jack made us feel super comfortable and just gave us the honest truth about anything we asked. He definitely has your best interest in mind. She was patient and very knowledgeable. she sent me many listings for my review, and she was prompt with setting up suitable appointments to see the listings I was interested in. On each showing, she gave me many ideas about what I can do with the properties. I was so grateful for her insight and her vast knowledge in real estate. She helped walk me through, presenting my offer on one of the properties that we viewed. Once my offer was accepted, she was instrumental in connecting the two attorneys who would be spearheading the deal. I was able to call or text her with any concerns that I had at the time. Needless to say, everything ran smoothly, and Nicole presented me with a beautiful gift after my closing on a beautiful multifamily home.
