Angie is a phenomenal real estate agent and a wonderful person. She was referred to us by friends in the area and we are beyond happy with our experience working with her. She was responsive, insightful and from the beginning I knew she was working hard to find us the perfect home in a very competitive market. She is very knowledgeable about not only the homes in the area but the neighborhoods and schools. She was able to point out potential issues with homes and what would need to be updated. She never rushed me though a decision or hesitated when I wanted to see a home again. I would not hesitate to recommend Angie and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Pittsburgh area. Angie negotiated a great deal for us even given the competitive market and multiple offers on the home we purchased. After our offer was accepted she handled so many details for us while we were still living out of state and I loved that I knew she was taking care of everything regarding the inspection and closing while I handled moving across the country. Even after we closed on our home she continues to be responsive when I have questions about professionals to use for updates or when I inquire about the area. I cant thank Angie enough for making what could have been a stressful and difficult home buying process as simple and fun as possible. When our time in Pittsburgh is up I already know I will have Angie and her team handle the selling of our beloved home.
