I began working with April in the later part of 2018. She has so far listed and sold 2 of my properties and has a third one with a sale pending! I have worked with many agents in the past as I have over 20 properties! No one has ever impressed me more than this young woman. She is the ultamet professional who works untiringly 7 days a week. She never misses a detail and she can move property! In fact she got me $7,000 over asking, for one property. I have 3 houses in California and 2 overseas and I ask her if she thought she could market them for me! She had my overseas property listed within a week and would have done the same with my California property but I am not ready unti the fall of 2019 to sell it. When its time to move it she will be my go to agent.She is a fantastic person and a joy to work with. I am so glad I had the good fortune to meet her.
