Ken Gretch shattered all of my pre-concieved notions of a what a Real Estate Agent is. Before working with Ken I had the misfortune of working with two other Agents in the Pasadena area. Both Agents seemed to only have their best interests in mind. They showed me houses I was not interested in and then tried to talk me into them when they were clearly NOT what I was looking for, and they acted as if they needed to close the deal and move on...Ken was the complete opposite. He showed me houses that fit my criteria and was very honest about the condition of these houses. He is such an expert in so many areas, roofs, foundations, landscaping, pools, fireplaces, electrical, financing...and, when he saw something that was not right, he said "this is not good, let's go". He really is the whole package...My favorite thing about Ken was his determination to not just get me into a house, but to get me into the "RIGHT house. And eventually he did just that. As long as I live in Southern California I will never use any other agent, he is the best, end of story.
