Working with Kelly from Century 21 Dairyland Medford WI has been the absolute worst (real estate) experience I have ever had and I've been involved in quite a few transactions. They offer no service whatsoever. They (Kelly/Dan) pretty much do not answer/acknowledge any of my communication on my commercial listing. When they do it is not uncommon for them to tell me they will call at a certain time and then do not with no explanation. I have received very high pressure to accept things in offers that I do not want to and then actually be told that "I was being ridiculous". They are supposed to be working for me????? I have asked them to release me from my listing contract and they refuse to do so, even though EVERY other real estate agency in the area will do so if they have an unhappy client. I would warn anyone thinking of working with C21 Medford to reconsider unless you want to be treated terribly.

Kelly, Kelly, Kelly! She found us the right home to buy, then when it came time to move cross country, we called on Kelly again. It was a tough time to list a home, but Kelly was honest and made sure to remind us that staging is ever so important. We took down collectibles, personal photos and generally de-cluttered the place so potential Buyers could see where their "stuff" would fit. We moved South, so it was impossible to be ever present to keep the driveway cleared of snow, check on the furnace to make sure nothing froze over the long Wisconsin Winter, and to make sure the basement didn't flood when the snow melted. No problem! Kelly checked on the house, turned on the furnace and we always had a dry basement. Kelly also got out her shovel to clear a path to the door for a potential buyer - heck, she even had the driveway plowed out when there was 4 feet of snow in it! Finally after the house had been listed for longer than a year, the right buyer came along. I hope he loves the house as much as we did. Again, I would recommend Kelly for ALL your Real Estate needs! Thanks again, Kelly!
