I started looking for a home in January with Lindsay Bailey as my realtor! She new just how to get the process going sent me to get my loan pre approved and started looking for a home for us! Found a couple however not to her fault my lenders I had in the beginning didn?t get my stuff lined out so we missed out on a home. I called Lindsay and was crying because I thought it was over! Nope she jumped right in found me another lender and the ball started rolling! We looked for about another month before we found the house we wanted! Because of the way the market is you can?t really think on it! You know or you loose out! This house was the one and we new it! Now mind you we were renting and had to get someone in to sub lease our apartment as well! So Lindsay new the process and said as soon as we get the first papers to sign We need to get the apartment on social media. We have never done this before we had paper work coming in left and right all my questions were being directed at Lindsay she always had the answer and if she didn?t she got the answer! Our apartment was sub leased in about 5 days. We had a move in date and the Rollie coaster ride started! Everything went so fast our move in date got pushed back a week and I was slightly freaking out because we had to be out by the 30th and our signing date was now moved to the 28th. I called Lindsay and was crying scared that if they pushed it back again we wouldn?t have a home..Lindsay had it all under control she told me don?t worry right now. I?m not worried this will work out and if it don?t we can find you something on short notice. Of course she was right! We ended up signing on the 28th and was able to move out of the apartment by the 29th. By far I wouldn?t want to work with another realtor! Lindsay was the most heartfelt person I could have ever trusted this process with! She new when you calm my nerves and she celebrated when she mew it was a win even the small wins! If you are shopping for a realtor please choose my friend Lindsay Bailey because she is the best out there and she will help you find what your looking for and treat you as if your her only client! Thank you Lindsay!

I had a realtor recommended to me who I first chose. I ended up missing out on the first house I wanted as the realtor did not want me to use Zillow and wanted me to use a local loan agency. It was a frustrating experience and I didnt feel that they were interested in helping me at all. I contacted the loan agent I had with Zillow and she offered to find me a realtor. Lindsay Bailey got in touch with me. You could tell that she wanted to help me find a home. She was very knowledgeable and able to explain everything to me in details. When I would contact her she would get back with me immediately. I think we first started working together the first week of August and by September 11th I closed on my new home. Im a single mother first-time home buyer who couldnt have had a more amazing experience than I did. I highly recommend working with Lindsay. Shes going to do her best to make sure you find your perfect home that youre happy with. Shes going to make sure the process goes smoothly. Im sure if youre wanting to sell a home, she is just as amazing. She has a wonderful personality and you can tell that she would work well with anybody.
