If you are looking for someone who is attentive to every detail, then Carol Cowan is the realtor for you. We just closed on our new home in Jasper GA and this being our 13th home purchase, she was by far the most wonderful professional throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable about and responsive to the many humps that were a part of this process for us. Her positive attitude and encouraging words got us through the hard times, like the seller being so stubborn about sooooo many things. We were looking for a student rental property in Kennesaw as an investment, and also as a place for our daughter to live. Ris and Carol used their local market knowledge, coupled with diligence and the ability to move quickly with us to find just the right property. They know the area like the back of their hand; which neighborhoods to look in, and which to avoid. They did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs. Their experience really showed as Ris helped us come up with a deal that was good for all parties, and then helped us through the process to closing and beyond. We found the Cowan?s to be highly attentive agents, almost as if we were their only customers, although we know that was not the case. They returned all phone calls, texts and emails immediately. We never felt neglected or unimportant. They work hard to place themselves above the rest in their market, and it shows.
