At the time that we needed to use a real estate agent I was under a very short time line to fine suitable property and to move. She stepped up to the plate and found several possibilities that would suit our needs. When we did find the property we liked, she helped negotiate a lease/purchase that would allow us to move into the property in the short time that we had and allow us the additional time to review all aspects of what the purchase would involve and the time period in which to do it. Although we are in the business of real estate, she did not take this for granted. She went ahead and explained the taxes, restrictions, etc. that was associated with this property. We have also been interested in additional properties and each time we contact her she has been prompt to respond to any questions or inquiries that we might have. I have and will continue to highly recommend her to friends, family members and business associates.
