From start to finish Jerry continually impressed us with his attention to all the nuances and details that go into showing a home, relating to potential buyers and negotiating a sale. Jerry is not about fluff and drama; he takes in every bit of information, taking notes and answers questions succinctly. If he doesnt know the answer to a question he does his research and responds promptly. We interviewed a few agents and it was Jerrys thorough initial presentation of the real estate market in Southold that convinced us to go with his team. From the beginning it became evident that the experience would be a team effort, including his associate Dennis. Every email, text or phone call received a reply promptly.
