Jerry was confident in selling my two-family house with tenants in place. I was worried because it was still a challenging market. He said he was going to target the sale to investors. He prepared brochures and delivered them to all the neighbors. In addition, he held an open house in the early spring and did extensive advertising. Sure enough, he had a lot of traffic and interest and eventually offers. He identified the offer that he felt was the most realistic and serious and we closed successfully a few months later.Once I signed the contract with Jerry, I didn't have to do anything else. Jerry and his partner, Dennis, took care of figuring out keys to the apartments, getting the tenants to clean the apartments and working around the tenants' schedules for showings and respecting their privacy. This was a lot of work and organization.I highly recommend Jerry and Dennis and plan to use them for my future real estate needs.
