I was lucky to find Sam and Jenna when I moved to Houma, their local knowledge of the area helped me set my search parameters. Sam took a day to drive me around the area to show me areas I may like and even areas that were beyond what I wanted to spend (He did that as a reference to surrounding areas that were in my budget). To me one of the most important qualities in a realtor is quick response time, Sam ALWAYS responded to my question very quickly, day or night.When I found the right home for me he helped with all aspects of inspections, CMAs, local knowledge. His actions made closing easy.Sam took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for.When I left LA, there was no doubt of who I wanted to list my home.Sam helped with staging my house, responded to all requests for marketing. My home sold in less than 60 days.I consider Sam and Jenna to be excellent realtors, and now friends as well.
