As first time home buyers we were very nervous about how the whole process worked and what we were getting into. We worked with Cale Childers from the Steve Fleisher Team. I will say we were impressed with how easy Cale made the process. He was very polite, always on time to showings and was able to explain the process we would go through when purchasing a home. As all home buyers will most likely experience, we hit a few snags with negotiations and inspection issues. Cale was always available to let us know what our options were and how they are typically resolved. He always made us feel that if we were in anyway unhappy with the home or process he would try to fix or negotiate any issues to the best of his ability. We are now the proud owners of our new home and we couldn't have done it as easily and worry free without his help!

During the spring of 2021 we decided to move to Missouri from Idaho. We lived in Cape Girardeau, and although it was a lovely town we wanted to be closer to family in Iowa and Kansas. We found Matt through one of his listings. All of us knew this would be a long distance purchase, we knew there would be trips back and forth to the Columbia area. Matt was faithful over the summer to send listings in our price range. Over the summer we made 3 trips to Columbia. Each time Matt spent time with us looking at homes, guiding us in our search for the right home. We were a bit hesitant to do a long distance real estate purchase, but heearned our trust immediately. After the 3rd trip we decided on a home in Hallsville. Matt's attention to detail in our offer, counter offer and beyond was impeccable. Buying a home at any age is a huge decision, financially and emotionally. Matt couldn't have done a better job with communication and getting the job done right.
