I worked with Rich on buying a property in Franklin Park.. He was a dual agent for this deal. After, we invested money in inspection, appraisal, etc. and agreed on a closing date.. He kept pushing the closing date and ignoring our calls for no reasons. Then it turned out the the seller had a lot of debt with the IRS (which we found out in a title search) and he didn't disclose this information to us earlier, even though, we had everything signed and ready three months prior to closing. We had our apartment packed in boxes and give our apartment our two months notice. Now we had to move from our apartment complex and we had to live in boxes for almost two months till we found another apartment. Rich was very nice initially, but became very rude and extremely difficult to deal with once issues started coming up.
