Irma sold my property in Long Beach, zip 90813. I would hire her again in a minute. Irma listed the property, sent mailers, showed it to potential clients, dealt with the buyers agent and kept me informed during all the steps. She would tidy up the property before showing it and has contacts to repair anything you may need. This was a three unit property and it needed some fixes. Irma handled repairs for termites (she negotiated a discount), faucets, a water heater, a toilet - she even replaced a floor. She worked with the tenants to schedule buyer walk-throughs and inspections. I didnt have to do anything.There is nothing Irma cant handle. She calls to discuss the issue and then tells you she will send someone to fix it. It was always a reasonable fee and it was done quickly. Irma worked tirelessly to get the property sold, and it took three escrows to do it. None of the escrow issues were Irmas fault aEUR" there were loan requirements that the buyers couldnt meet and they had to pull the offer. Escrow fell out twice.I have several income properties and have worked with many real estate agents, both buying and selling. Irma Velasquez was the best agent I ever had and I will contact her again without hesitation. I recommend you call Irma about any property, as she will be honest and prompt about your situation. If you sign with her she will be dedicated to getting you the best deal.
