Adrian helped my husband and I purchase our first home. He listened to all of our wants and needs and was able to help us find the perfect home. He explained the entire purchasing process to us. He ensured we felt comfortable and understood exactly what was going on each step of the way. The home we fell in love with was bank-owned and was priced well below market value. This meant there were 20+ offers on the house. Adrian walked us through the process of submitting an offer - to this day we still remember signing the offer on the street while other agents were showing the property. Out of all the offers the bank received - ours somehow stood out. I'm pretty sure without Adrian on our side it would have been difficult for us to stand out in the crowd, but he made sure we did. If you are a first-time home buyer we would definitely recommend Adrian. To this day, we still go to him for any of our real estate needs and questions!!

It was truely a pleasure working with Adrian. His expertise made our family feel very comfortable in trusting him with the sale of our apartments. First day we met Adrian he was honest and up front with us. From day 1 Adrian pushed very hard in placing our property on the market and was very much aggressive in advertising and locating interested buyers.
