Shane Campbell was integral in getting me into the house I wanted to call home. His search provided multiple options best suited to my personal needs and within my budget. Having worked with multiple agents in the past, I can easily say that Shane was the most up-front, communicative, and focused on finding what I had in mind. In 2022, I made offers on two houses, both of which later fell through due to issues revealed during inspections. What a patient guy. After expanding the search, Shane found me a house in Des Moines that ticked every box. There were some challenges getting into the home and the sale was delayed (at no fault of Shane's). Throughout this time, Shane regularly contacted me with updates and options and made every effort to make the purchase happen. His positive approach to some of the challenges brought on by the unique situation and his thorough knowledge of how to overcome these challenges made the process much less painful.
