As soon as we linked up with Andre, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Since he has a great deal of experience, for first time home buyers we learned a lot from him. The process was very smooth considering we bought a new spec home in Manor, Texas. He went with us to all the different builders and pointed out things we would have never noticed. He made is clear he wanted to satisfy both my husbands and I's needs which was really nice. He communicated often on the status of the home and frequently checked up with us and the mortgage company. We never felt out of the loop and really appreciated his negotiation skills with the blinds, garage door openers, and the fridge.
