Buying your first house can be a very overwhelming endeavor. My wife and I had been married for 3 years and wanted to move out of the heart of the city to a more suburban area to raise a family. We enjoyed the conveniences of the city but desired to be in an area more conducive to raising a family. We contacted Christine Najem who helped show us few houses in exactly the type of neighborhoods we requested. By the fifth house we looked at we found the house that we wanted to make an offer on. . Christine's professionalism and industry knowledge helped us negotiate a price that fit within our budget. She explained in detail the steps that we would need to take to and kept us informed from offer to closing.
