Christine Reichle is everything one would want in a relator. As a Vice President for EDF Renewable Energy, one of the largest developers of wind and solar projects in the US, I witnessed firsthand Christines knowledge as a real estate expert. Chris was responsible for negotiating wind and solar land lease agreements with landowners in southern California, a challenging role because it required patience in educating landowners about all of the technical and financial implications of placing turbines or solar panels on their property. Chris is a natural communicator that has that natural ability of putting people at ease so they can make sensible decisions without unnecessary emotion.When my wife and I were thinking about purchasing a vacation home in Bear Valley, it was an absolute no brainer to contact Chris, who had moved back to a relator role after the stint in the renewable energy business. Chris is hardworking, has initiative and has deep knowledge and experience in real estate transactions. But there are 2 attributes in particular that I would point out: 1). Chris is reliable, she does what she says shes going to do and is also upfront to tell you when she knows she cannot get something done and 2). Chris has that rare ability to know when being assertive is needed and when it is not, and when she is assertive it does not come across as abrasive/offputting.There is no question that I will be using Chris for any real estate needs in the territory that she covers.
