You will meet and work with nice realtors but only a few will be considered excellent ones and Janeth is one of them! I had my house listed with another realtor for a little over 6 months and don't get me wrong, i loved her to death but 6 months it sat on the market for reasons we couldn't figure out. Then a friend recommended Janeth and i switched with her, from day one i know she's the one that'll help me. She walked into my house and immediately figured out what was wrong, did the best she can to fix the problem, immediately coordinated everything, and after only 2 days of open houses, 8 days on the market, my house is SOLD and officially closed yesterday!! She is beyond incredible! Janeth is really nice, approachable, non intimidating and very knowledgeable. No words can describe my appreciation on what she did for me and how she handled my home in a really excellent and professional manner not to mention i live in CA and the house is there in Lubbock! She responds ALL the time, answered all my questions and kept me in the loop along the way. I am going to miss you Janeth and i really hope to meet you (in person) and work with you again in the future! I wish i could say more but i think this review says it all now. If you need a realtor, Janeth is the one!!
