I strongly recommend Janeth Sears to any one. From her service to my family, she demonstrated her ability to communicate very well between the seller and the buyer toward a signed contract. Then she is patient but also prompt in dealing with both the seller and the buyer in the following steps such as house inspection and the associate repair, loan closing, and title work. Importantly she is considerate toward your specific need and can make arrangement between the seller and the buyer. For example, since we need to move out of our previously rented house earlier than the closing date, Janeth Sears was able to negotiate with the seller to rent the house to us at a reasonable price for the period before the closing date. During this period, Janeth Sears also helped us to find an affordable owner insurance. Janeth sears also spent her precious time to explain in detail the closing estimate from the bank, which was not her responsibility. After the sale, she also tried to look for furnitures for us, and also helped us to find two local guys who can help fixing mechanical problems of the house such as putting tar around the boots of the vent covers on top of the roof at a reasonable cost. So that we are not worried about regular maintenance of a house in the long run. In every aspect, Janeth Sears showed herself to be professional, trustworthy, prompt, patient, and extremely helpful and considerate.
