Gretchen is a realtor with so much experience in Santa Cruz that is seems she literally knows everyone. She has the networks that can help you bring a team together for purchase inspections and setting your remodeling vision. We bought from a seller in foreclosure and at points were getting erratic replies from the seller. Gretchen and her team managed a tough sale to get the job done when 96% of realtors would not have had the calm and persistence to finish it. We had a three month sales cycle and are so glad she did all of the heavy lifting for our home purchase. We feel like each second home is a little slice of heaven and unique. We felt we were meant to own it but werent going to end up with it without her calm and thorough sales expertise.
