I met with both Mark and Amy to discuss the process of selling my home this past August. They arrived well prepared with an understanding of the market in the area and were able to advise me in preparing my house for that market. This included scheduling a building inspection which alerted me to a few potential problems that I could fix proactively. I felt that I was dealing with true professionals from the start. My house was under contract within a week of being on the market. At that point, I could concentrate on finding my own new home. This also was accomplished quickly. I felt that Amy really listened and knew what I was looking for and that made all the difference. Selling a long time home and moving into a new space comes with a certain amount of anxiety and stress under any circumstances. I am so glad that I did not have to do that on my own. I respected Amys professional competence and appreciated the support she provided throughout tis major change in my life.
