Ashawn went above & beyond with my house-hunting process, especially once I found THE HOUSE I wanted ... he met me AT MY JOB, close to an hours drive away, just to get my initials &/or signature because I was overwhelmed with the digital/ online signature set-up/process. Christianity is at the forefront with Ashawn & his employer, aEUR~Castle Gate Realty ... no COINCIDENCE there I bought my house with a Christian company, with a Christian Owner & Employee. To top it off, the house I bought had a beautiful picture of Jesus on a wall & the $eller ended up taking it ... Ashawn Found (1) very similar & presented it to me just before we did the final walk-thru before Closing ( we didnt know for sure if the picture would be there or not. ). What a beautiful gesture on Ashawns part, knowing how much I was hoping they would leave the picture on the wall - that picture was very comforting to me upon entering the home the 1st time & Ashawns gift is on that same wall ! My famous expression of aEUR~FLOWING SMOOTHLY was assisted by Ashawn but Jesus surely had the wheel the entire process. God always has a plan ...

If I could give him 10 stars I would my mom and I and my five-year-old daughter came on the Khalid Khalid to find a home we literally came by the seat of our pants Soli following God into the dark and Ashawn from Castle gate realty was the third person to respond to us. He worked so hard!!! He literally worked tirelessly seven days and nights a week! He was super helpful constantly encouraging and always one step ahead of the game he had learned our likes and dislikes by the time we hit the second house ... we had nothing to worry about and we knew it! Ashawn was not only highly professional, but had superb work ethics. Details were never overlooked, and he was thorough. Castle Gate Realty has one of the best realtors out there, we should know! We come from Florida where the realtors are not only a dime a dozen so you better be a hustler but realty is extremely expensive and high demand as its almost all waterfront or tourist areas and worth a lot of money. I'm actually surprised he is in such a quiet part of the world. If youre looking for someone whos going to find not only the best deals on the best home but be ruthless in finding every detail of your dream home and making sure that he works as hard as he can fingers to the bone to make sure you get into your dream home then Ashawn is your man we literally found a home of our dreams and the perfect area for my legally blind albino daughter to have a quality of life she could never have in Florida we owe it all to Ashawn ... My mom and I highly recommend Ashawn for all your realty needs look no further you have found the best!!! Look NO FURTHER!
