Lauren is the absolute best real estate agent I have ever encountered. I had used another local agent to try to sell my house but she messed up numerous things from the start from the contract to showings, you name it. I hardly had any showings and was thankful when my contract was up with her. I had heard about Lauren from numerous people and at first was a little hesitant just because of the horrible time I had had with the other agent but luckily I called Lauren. What a relief it was to have someone on my side and more than willing to WANT to sell my house! And in no time whatsoever, my house sold. She was always keeping me informed of everything that was going on in the process of selling our house and went above and beyond. She also helped us purchase another house and made that process a very smooth transition. I would recommend her above anyone else to get the job done. And please, be careful of other realtors "promises" and make sure you do your research!
