After extensively interviewing four local real estate agents, all highly recommended, my brother and I enlisted Rachel's real estate expertise from long distance to sell our parents' 40 acre ranch in Powell Butte. Her fund of knowledge related to ranch properties (e.g., flood irrigation, septic, wells, etc.), was amazing. In addition to her real estate savvy (including property held in Trusts), you will not meet a kinder, harder working individual. Her work ethic is excellent! She answered every text and email in a timely manner and if she could not answer quickly, made sure to communicate that. Her husband and real estate partner, Jered, was equally great in all the above accolades. Additionally, his expert use of drones and marketing tools was super helpful and professional, and the additional help he offered for us living out of state was unparalleled. We found Rachel and Jered to be extremely easy to work with, kind and compassionate, resourceful and real experts in their field. When deciding upon a real estate agent, I would offer the difference with Team Rhoden is their local sense of pride and knowledge, along with their willingness to go the extra distance to sell or find a home for their clients.
