My husband and I really enjoyed working with Rachel. One of the reasons we chose Rachel was because of her knowledge of Central Oregon, since she grew up locally. I loved that once she knew what we were looking for, she didn't waste our time sending us multiple listings. She only sent us listings of homes that met our criteria and homes she knew we would want to see. She has gone above and beyond, even asking a home owner of a home that wasn't for sale, if he would be willing to sell. She knew what we wanted that well. We actually ended up purchasing that home. She is very efficient and good at what she does. I would highly recommend Rachel as your realtor. If we ever want to purchase or sell again, Rachel will be the person we call. Not only did we find a great realtor, we found a great friend.

I selected Rachel to list our property after interviewing several other realtors in the area. it was clear that she understood the local farm property market and knew how to separate the uniqueness and value of a custom designed and built home from square footage comps so that we could appropriately value our listing. We were well rewarded in our choice. Not only did I find the above to be true but she expertly guided us through the process of offers and counters that resulted in an above asking purchase price and short escrow. She has excellent knowledge of the process and tremendous access to resources and contacts so that all of the escrow Seller obligations were easily contracted for, monitored by Rachel and executed. She went way beyond the normal scope of Seller agent responsibilities by additionally advising and assisting with other aspects of needing to clear-out a farm estate since we are long distance. Everything from advising about and arranging for pastures that needed to be irrigated and hayed to pricing used farm equipment; the result of her direct experience. She reached out to and assisted the Buyers with long distance support which added value to our sale. She was immediately responsive to calls and email questions and follow through. I always felt confident that every detail was managed. I recommend Rachel without hesitation or reservations.
