Philip was amazing to work with when I sold my home and purchased a new home in the Charlotte area. Philip helped me get my home ready to put on the market helping by assisting with landscaping prior to selling, helping to pack boxes when under contract getting ready to move, and was quick to answer any questions I had regarding the process. Philip went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to find a home once under contract to sell my home, and made sure he was available whenever I wanted to view homes. He answers phone calls, texts, and emails immediately and I never had an issue getting in touch with him. He handled every step of my home buying and selling process and I would certainly refer Philip's services to any friends or family that are looking to make a move in the future. When I start to find a house, I have wored with two other agents, one of the agent never respond to me after the first show of a house, I think he gave up on me because I was just planning to buy a house under $100,000, then my friend introduced Philip to me, after he gave me the first show of a house, I found out that hes a very professional real estate agent, so I decided to work with him for my new house. Philip was very patient and the most important was his quick response. Every time I had some questions about the house, he responded in time and gave a lot of information.He was not aggressive to make a deal but his purpose was to find a suitable home for me. After I bought the house, Philip still offered a lot of help. I highly recommend Philip to other people, you will feel very safe and pleasant to work with him, if some day I need to buy or sell properties, he is the only agent that I will choose.
