I spent almost 3 years looking at homes and doing my due diligence before I finally decided it was time for me to buy. I thought I knew all there was to know until I brought on the Hunnicutt Real Estate team... They were so knowledgeable of the Charleston area and were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for at a much better deal than I could have on my own! Even after I was ready to sign, Cathy Hunnicutt was able to bargain a full suite of appliances and fixtures into a deal that was already a steal compared to everything else I had been looking at. Now I am happily living on Johns Island in a beautiful house and, as they predicted, have already amassed equity in a short time! I will definitely be returning to them in the future should I begin looking for my next dream home!TLDR Version: Incredibly knowledgeable of the area and able to find exactly what I wanted at less than what I was willing to pay! Would absolutely recommend!
