Amanda was absolutely wonderful to work with while selling my mothers home. My mother passed away in January and the grief from her loss along with the stress of having to clear out and sell my childhood home was overwhelming. Amanda came to our initial meeting having done her homework, knowing the history and current status of the home. She was professional, considerate and highly motivated to not only get the best price but also to find someone who would appreciate the long history of the home and neighborhood. Within one day of having the house on the market she had found the perfect buyer. From the initial offer to closing Amanda walked me through the process and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her professional and caring approach to selling my mothers home made a stressful situation something that was handled quickly, efficiently but always with kindness.
