We switched to Tracy from a previous agent after a deal fell through. We were truly impressed with the difference. She was responsive, down-to-earth, very knowledgable, explaining things about the process we never learned from the prior agent. We got our home back on the market and very quickly had showings and an offer. We had to find property to buy ourselves after our prior agents mistakes lost us our other choice, and Tracy once again helped make that a smooth and enjoyable process, helping us negotiate a comfortable deal and directing us to a great mortgage agent (Lynne Oliveri).. Ultimately due to some "last minute" changes in our family situation, my wife and I decided to stay put and did not buy or sell, but we've recommended Tracy to friends hitting the market, and will continue to do so.
