Patrick and Kristi are great! Patrick was super responsive all the time. We exchanged texts almost daily throughout the process and he was always quick to address any questions, concerns, or requests.Throughout the process of selling one house and buying another, I found a lot of people looking to take advantage and trying to make an extra buck. Patrick and Kristi were more than fair and never did anything remotely questionable. Patrick was never pushy and let us set the pace for house hunting. He was always available when we wanted to get into houses. He worked hard for us until we finally walked into the house we didn't know we were looking for. We love it! And, we are settling in nicely.The buyer of our house was quite a challenge and we ended up on a tight timeline to close on both the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house on the same day. Patrick became that needed buffer between us and the buyer. We had to work through some silly demands but Patrick was able to help the process go smoothly. Patrick made sure we understood way was happening at every stage. In the end, it was a win for everyone.Kristi was the behind the scenes half of this team. She was prepping documents, sending emails, and helping with the digital stuff. Patrick was the face of the team for us.I would definitely recommend Patrick and Kristi. They are a great team!
