Heather Miller is the absolute best! I interviewed several real estate agents. I was trying to update and sell my parents home on Cape Cod, "For Sale By Owner". It was hard to do this, especially living out of state. I didn't always hire the best contractors, despite recommendations. It was challenging and beyond stressful!
