We made the decision to move/upsize in late 2020 and were introduced to Phillip after contacting CapCenter to help us begin the daunting task of not just buying a new house but selling our first home. Throughout the entire process, Phillip was there for us 24/7. It did not matter how many properties we asked to see, he would have the showing locked in within the next day. Even after a few weeks (and more than several properties seen) we never felt pressure to put in an offer for a house that did not fit within all we were looking for. His knowledge of each property going into every showing, coupled with his acute eye for potential problems, whether short term or long term, was crucial in our decision-making process. After we found the right home, Phillip not only guided us through the negotiation process, but he helped us strategically position our offer and subsequent options, ultimately resulting in a final agreement $16K under asking price. When it came time to sell our home, Phillip developed an honest assessment and thorough marketing plan through careful research that aligned with our target listing price. He even personally volunteered himself, assisting us during two separate weekends with extensive yard work and house preparation ahead of our formal listing. If that werent enough, his marketing plan led to our home selling after just 3 days on the market for $18K over asking price. We will never use, nor recommend another agent, or company to anyone else in the future. In our opinion, Phillip solidified himself as the best agent in the Greater Richmond area.
