Bill has been the only Realtor that we have ever got a chance to work with and without even trying other Realtors out there, we are confident that he would always be the one whose services we would seek for our Real Estate needs in Connecticut ! He helped us with securing a great rental property when we moved into the state, and eventually helped us with our recent new construction home purchase. We admire him for his honesty, respect for his clients, ability to keep a cool head in demanding circumstances, among other things. When it came to our rental property search, he used his professional judgement to understand our needs and got us exactly what we were hoping for without trying to "sell" something for potentially greater financial benefits. When we were looking for a house, he suggested a new construction that would largely fit our needs. It turned out that we had to deal with a crazy and utterly unwieldy builder, and the entire process became far more challenging than either he or we had foreseen. He nonetheless helped us fight our way through it, and used his considerable negotiation skills to help us get the best house we could possibly have been able to call home under the circumstances. We probably would not have managed to close on the house at all, had it not been for the immense effort that he put in for us. The Real Estate community would be very well-served if blessed with more Realtors such as Bill!

We cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Bill Jacquemin of Candlewood Realty. He literally sold our home in a day, and worked diligently to find us our dream home, which he did! From the sale of our home to the purchase of our new home we knew that we could trust every step of the process with Bill leading the way. Incredibly knowledgeable of the buying and selling process, both transactions were an easy and expedient process. Bill is engaging and smart, and his personality is easy going but strongly focused. We laughed a lot through this transaction and that helped to navigate us through what could've been a stressful time. We can't thank Bill enough and we know we have found a friend for life as well.
