Sarah and I met Erika through a Zillow property search. We had been doing our search and ended up interested in a property she could show us. We had met a few different realtors at different properties we liked. Erika was the 1st who was interested in our needs rather than just the house we were looking at. We had not decided to list our home just yet...but after discussing a plan with Erika, we decided to move ahead and list. On the selling side, Erika believed in our property value and did an amazing job with photos and the open house. It's no surprise we got multiple offers on day one, but her marketing and buyer connections allowed us to get well over ask. On the Buy side...She didn't push us towards settling but rather sought out properties that really nailed what we were looking for. Of course, nowadays that isn't enough with all the bidding wars that have been going on. This is where Erika truly got us focused on needs. We talked and strategized about price and our budget, but in the end, any successful purchase offer needs a strong advocate. Erika mastered that role, scoring us a home that fit every need we sought, allowing us a budget for the updates we really want in our new home. 5-Stars really isn't enough. Sarah and I were so thankful for finding such a genuine gem of a person. You Rock, Erika!
