Amy was absolutely phenomenal and I've found my realtor for life! She was incredibly thorough, thoughtful and considerate of every aspect of this move. I helped my mom who then lived out of state and we were looking for something that would fit her budget and also something that would be safe and feasible as she progresses in age. Amy recommended this listing in a 55+ community and was transparent with us on every aspect. Once she heard our story she completely understood that this was a big change as my mom was selling her home in another state that was built from the ground up by our family and would be losing profit due to market pricing in LA vs FL. The home we chose was veryyy heavily smoked in and was not maintained well, but being of management with construction in my background, I saw this home had structural potential for greater things and not to mention its a very quiet and safe neighborhood with amazing amenities. Amy even got us quotes from different sources for renovations and presented us with the options and spoke to their work ethics/quality beforehand so we could draw our own conclusions as to how to proceed. She actively checked in with us through the process and even since then has. She fought for us and due to the repairs that were needed she was able to negotiate 50k off the original listing! Amy also communicated with the selling realtors and made the exchange of funds simple and painless. Were at the stage where renovations have just been completed and feel like it was worth all of the mental overload getting here as the house is simply gorgeous now and the workers she recommended are within our liking as well! What an absolutely beautiful soul and gem! We're super grateful that we came across her. I not don't consider her to be 'just the realtor', but she's definitely an acquaintance and a friend I hope to keep for life. I work in automotive as a manager and know how questionable some aspects of latge purchases can be scary or leave you feeling like youre not sure if youve gotten a good deal or made the right move. We have ZERO buyers remorse and are completely happy! 1,000/10 recommend her.. Choose Amy, I CANNOT recommend her enough! You absolutely won't regret it!
