Sharon was the third real estate agent I worked with while looking for a home in the Eugene area. (The first two were fine, but didn't seem they were working very hard for me at all. In a highly competitive seller's market, I suppose it is understandable to put buyers on the back burner, but I was getting frustrated in the process.) A friend, probably tired of hearing me complain about my 6 months of housing search woes, referred me to Sharon, and I'm so glad she did! Don't let Sharon's quiet, calm, and polished demeanor fool you. She hustled and creatively advocated for us to jump on a newly re-listed property and made sure our offer was the best we could make it, and was responsive and professional through the entire purchase process. She even went above and beyond to track down some information for us that helped us negotiate a lower ultimate price, for which we are eternally grateful. I would definitely work with Sharon again, and I have already referred her to other house hunters.
