I meet Gene and Robin out of chance when I was actually inquiring on the status of a house that had already been working with someone else. I knew with that very conversation that I was wanting to work with him vs the one I had been with. Gene and Robins knowledge, honesty, demeanor, and just looking out for whats best for their clients in what made me realize I was working with the correct set of people. Since our initial phone call they have always went above and beyond, never had an unpleasant attitude when you ask them and questions now matter what time day or night they may arise. They have always been extremely responsive to any calls and questions we have had. This guy had went to the extreme of going to the house we were purchasing at 6:30 am and literally fixing things himself that didnt pass the inspection just to get everything to go through. Robin drove completely out of her way to meet the previous own the night of closing after realizing the keys we were given were incorrect just so she could meet us early the next day to get them from her. Even after finalizing the purchase I can still call either of them (and I do) with any questions/concerns/advise or references I may need and they are always just as responsive as when I was looking to buy. I couldnt have worked with a better company or realtor
