Patricia was exceptional. She was representing the sellers of the house we wanted to buy. After multiple negative experiences with other agents, we walked into an open house and were shocked to actually find the listing agent hosting it herself (out of all the houses we saw for months, it was always a junior or new agent that couldnt answer our questions). We were so impressed with how professional, engaged and passionate that Patricia was, we asked her if she could represent us as buyers for the same house she was selling. Yes, we were that impressed! Throughout the entire process (multiple offers and a bidding war, ugh!) she was available to us immediately all the time via text, phone, in person visits - you name it. She clearly has a lot of experience and advised us every step of the way while maintaining her fiduciary responsibilities for the sellers. She obviously has a lot of experience and was always ready to assist us whenever we needed to make a decision. She was more knowledgeable, responsive and organized than any of the escrow, loan, banking staff put together that we worked with. She never passed the buck to any junior agents. She was physically present for every inspection, document signing, and went above and beyond when the sellers left a bunch of stuff at the house by showing up ready to work - literally putting her gloves on and engaged in physical labor to move the items and coordinating with the sellers friends and neighbors to get the stuff out of the way for us. Our dream was to make sure we found a home in the same neighborhood so our little boys wouldnt lose their friends. That dream was accomplished but only because of Patricias hard work. The loan would not have closed on time had anyone else represented us because she is 100% responsible for the timeline and even told them what to do! My loan officer literally told me, I cant wait for this to close because Patty is relentless about every detail. LOL. And that folks, is exactly what you want in an agent. My home closed on 5/20/2016. Nearly three months later, Im still gushing about the service Patty provided us. Ill never look to another agent besides Patty. Shes practically family now. :)

The sell of our home was no easy task. We truly had issues to over come and Patty , who is a true real estate professional, assisted us in overcoming every issue. She worked hard and tirelessly to get our home exposed to as wide an audience as possible. She held open houses, she sent out mailers, she door knocked and she created an on-line profile and photos that attacked attention. Patty found a serious buyer for our home much quicker than we ever thought possible. She monitored the escrow proceedings closely and she ensured that all our needs were met.
