I CANNOT say enough good things about working with Sandy and Shirley, they are as good as it gets in Coastal Georgia. Their knowledge of everything from the neighborhoods, to the homes themselves, and even things like, inspections, loans, and insurance is extensive. They have experience and knowledge with both the islands and Savannah proper. They are attentive and responsive at all hours of the day and night, and they truly go above and beyond for the benefit of their clients. This being our first home there was a lot my wife and I didn't know, but Sandy and Shirley made us feel relaxed, comfortable, and confident throughout the buying process. Their biggest asset is by far their ability to negotiate. We put up next to nothing in escrow, they were able to get the price down well below the initial listing, and they even got the sellers to cover the 100% closing costs - we actually received most of our good faith money back after signing. They are unbelievable realtors and just genuinely good people I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We used Sandy to purchase our home back in 2016 and as she did such an outstanding job, there was no question in our minds that we would use her again now that it was time to sell it. Again - Throughout the entire process, Sandy did an OUTSTANDING job of keeping everything together - ensuring nothing fell through the cracks and during the most stressful times of the transaction, was a great source of strength and reassurance! Sandy isn't one of those realtors who doesn't return your calls or can't do something because it is her "boating day" - you can access Sandy 7 days a week for the most part. Not to mention, when the buyer's agent didn't get things done on their end - Sandy took charge and we forged ahead!!!! And her service didn't stop there - Sandy also, without hesitation, provided guidance with our out of state new home purchase as well! Words could not describe our complete satisfaction with Sandy nor how appreciative we are of all the things she did that went above and beyond to sell our home.
