Leigh was our personal savior, and I don't say this lightly. We were new to New York and didn't know where to begin. We were thinking about renting, and when the rental market wasn't panning out in the winter of 2019, we randomly found Leigh when we were driving around looking at properties in Ulster County. It was the end of the day on a Saturday - she dropped everything and came to see us to show us the property. She explained to us that buying would be better than renting given our requirements. She told us about the high taxes in the area, and where to look to suit our budget. We loved her no-nonsense, cut-to-the-chase style - it was extremely refreshing. She agreed to show us houses the very next day. She moved her schedule around to show us almost 10 houses and we picked the one we liked best (but she was prepared to show more if necessary). I note also that she guided us on making the best offer, which was immediately accepted, and here's the best part: I had learned in seeking pre-approval that closing in New York takes usually 75-90 days. We were behind the curve already when we met Leigh - I had to start work in 60 days. Believe me when I say that Leigh had us closed in 60 days. We have never, ever had a better house-buying experience than with Ms. Quintana. She is the best, you will not be disappointed. I would recommend her to anyone.
