Cathleen is not just a wonderful realtor, she is a an amazing person and will be a lifelong friend. My partner and I were first time homebuyers and she demonstrated patience and compassion from the very beginning. She always replied promptly to all communication and was available to meet with us almost every weekend for over three months until we found our forever home. She has a professional network of inspectors which she was able to coordinate for us at our request, which helped relieve some of the stress of this overwhelming process.
