My dad bought a condo for me and my friends to live in while I was at Clemson. My dad tried to sell it when I graduated in 2008, but since there were so many more condo complexes by the time I graduated, it wouldn't sell. After a several years with another realtor, my dad found David. David was willing to "take on" the challenge so we switched the listing to him. David was an exceptional realtor for our family. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable and was always available for questions 24/7. David has lived in Seneca his whole life (other than 4 years at Clemson), so he knows the area/lake like the back of his hand. David had several buyer clients and has great relationships with other realtors, so he was able to bring continuous traffic into our condo. And what do you know... it sold! We even got more money than we expected! David was so helpful through the negotiating and closing process. He constantly updated us via phone and email, so we always knew where we stood. The other thing that blew us away- Instead of telling us things needed to be done around the condo, David fixed things in the condo himself! Every couple of weeks he went into the condo to clean it up (pick up bugs, flush the toilets, run the showers, etc), changed burnt out lightbulbs, fixed a broken toilet chain and arranged someone to fix the water heater when it broke. He handled everything for us. I had never heard of a realtor doing that type of stuff. David was obviously passionate about selling it for us... and it showed AND worked!If you want to sell your house or are looking for your new dream home, I definitely encourage you to call David Land!
