When my family and I moved here to the Raleigh area we were in an apartment while we did some house searching. After months of viewing houses we liked from sites such as Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc it became clear to my husband and I we needed help. We reached out to Rosemary Cunnius with Don Anthony Realty and gave her some guidelines we thought we knew we wanted. Within an hour she responded back with about a dozen listings that matched our criteria. After visiting a few of the listings she sent us and talking with her more about the area, doing more research ourselves too, we were able to revise our criteria.
