I cannot say enough amazing things about Scott. He spent all day with me and showed me practically 20 homes and accommodated my crazy schedule (inside one day). He completely listened to me and understood my needs and what I was looking for and helped me narrow down my criteria and find me the best properties to look at. He is very well informed of the area and was obviously passionate about helping me find the right home. I am in love with the Clearwater area and Scott sharing his knowledge of real estate on this area, the market and fun things to do and historical aspects of it made me fall in love with it even more. Scott had everything printed and organized and was flexible and accommodating. He provided me wonderful advise and made very helpful recommendations and suggestions I would have never thought of. He is incredibly pleasant and kind and a pleasure to work with and is very articulate in providing great detail on the property and other aspects I didn't really consider as a buyer like structural or construction considerations and insurance among other things that a buyer should be cautious of especially in the Florida area. I would recommend Scott in a heartbeat and I cant wait to continue working with him again and again!
