Where to start with Chris Reid! Such an honest, kind, patient, knowledgeable man, you can really tell that he loves his profession. We met Chris at the start of our search for a home. We first met when I saw Chris walking back and forth from his car getting ready to set up the open house. I stopped by to ask if I would be able to view it later that day even though I didnt have an agent and Chris said aEURoeAbsolutely, heres my business card, give me a call and you and your husband can tour the house around 1pm.aEUR? He became our agent, guiding us through new builds, older homes in closer areas and eventually into the lovely home we are currently moving into. Not knowing much about buying a house (because this was our first one )Chris made us feel comfortable by answering all of our questions, supporting us through the paperwork and escrow process, and eventually in handing us the keys to the new place. Chris took care of us and treated us like family. In fact, we felt that by the end of our time together, he became family. He definitely has father figure vibes as he is extremely personable, dependable, and genuinely cares that the outcome of the home buying process be exceptional and satisfying not just for the seller but also for the buyer.
