Cliff (Marks) is not just an exceptional real estate broker. He is the best. After buying and selling several properties I have never had such a positive experience with a broker. Cliff is simply an incredible broker. He made my experience buying a recent apartment so relatively easy and seamless and with minimal stress. He worked diligently to get the board package together and helped with all the necessary documentation and had it submitted quickly and efficiently (within ten days). Cliff was extremely responsive and answered my phone calls or replied by text to every call, day or night, even if he was busy. If there was a question about the apartment or building he would immediately call the management or super or right individual to find the answer. I never had to ask twice. He was always pleasant to deal with and gave very good, sound advice on direction and decision points. It was no surprise that he won Rookie of the Year out of thousands of brokers. I would highly recommend him as a broker.
