I have had the pleasure of working with Kyra looking for a home in the Westland area. After getting referred to her from Matt White and having a tour of a home in Canton, I told her directly what my needs were and areas I was open to exploring based on my budget as a first-time homebuyer.Kyra made some suggestions based on the information I had given her and absolutely floored me with options that same evening. By the next day I had 6 homes to look at with extensive information on all of them. Any questions I had she was able to answer or hunt down an answer on, which I found to me incredibly valuable!Being able to schedule home visits around my busy schedule was extremely important to me, but it allowed me to look at many houses before finding 'the one' that I had been dreaming of. Her knowledge of the local market and aggressive negotiation skills meant that I was able to move forward in the buying process, in what was very much a sellers market!Kyra has been a joy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone, especially first-time buyers.
