Kelsey And Delrae. This was our very first time buying a house. We started out super rocky with a different realtor, and we ended up doing all the work. Frustrated in the process, buying our first home had become overwhelming and time consuming. We had depicted our first time buying a home, and this was not it. We decided to look elsewhere for a realtor, and came across Kelsey and Delrae. WE ARE SO THANKFUL WE DID!!! Kelsey took all the trouble we were dealing with away. Took all worries away, and before we knew it, the picture we had on buying a home was not such a far stretch. She did ALL the work, and then some. We work longer hours, and she never hesitated to take time out of her day, after hours to do anything we asked, and answer any questions we had. Kelsey was extremely informative, and if the answer wasnt apparent, she went the extra mile to find out for us. We went from being hopeless in finding our home, to hopeful. Within what felt like minutes, we had found our home. She went through every detail in the process with us, making sure we understood it all along the way, being this was our first time. Kelsey is a very laid back, personable, and passionate realtor. Incredibly easy to discuss things with. Which is why we felt more than comfortable working with her. I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone!! Again, extremely grateful for Kelsey and her passion in reality. We cant thank her enough.
