Buying a house is a big process for anyone, especially a first time single buyer. Amy made this process fun and insightful. She listens to your checklist and finds the best options! When presenting the houses, she knows what she is talking about, and doesn?t just rattle off the specs from the listing sheet. Amy?s knowledge of how homes are built, the Minot area, and how to renovate a space quickly made me see which home was the best investment for me. Many of my viewings had to be done around my work schedule. Amys flexibility made it possible to see listings I was interested in a timely manner. The communication was seamless, if anything I forgot to sign some documents in emails, Amy would reach out via text as a reminder.
